Who Are They? Captain Perez is a production company founded in 2004 as a result of creative union between Jorge Carmona, renowned filmmaker and advertising, and Aldo Miyashiro, talents or playwright and actor. In his first television series, Mystery, outlined the spirit of their future production to renew national television with risky projects and stories framed in a different urban aesthetic, photo realistic, and a different camera language. But most importantly, both were determined to speak of Peru, to highlight the nuances of our identity to portray them as honestly as possible. And that is why as part of the line of work, are incorporated into each new production of young but talented casts actors and their projects include only issues of local musicians. A combination of elements in less than two years has strengthened to Captain Perez as one of the best production houses in the country. The television series Mystery (2005) was chosen by critics as the best series of the year. This was followed Lobos de Mar (2006), and La Gran Sangre I, II and III (2006), first production by season in Peru, and increased television phenomenon in recent years. The latter, whose fourth installment is expected in 2007, also generated comics that were a hit and a film project that is currently next to JC Entertainment. Captain Perez continues to grow and open a new production line with various content for Peruvian television.
